Yoga for Surfing workshops…
Working with the Irish Surfing Institute, we have come up with a class that is geared for surfers and other people who want a stronger, more dynamic yoga practice. The asana focused on in this class lay emphasis on a strong base; the feet, legs and hips; supporting a more fluid upper body, in conjunction with core strength, flexibility and balance. Yoga helps you to become more in tune or connected with the body and increases awareness facilitating more of a “flow” in your surfing.
