Self awareness and overall general reflection.
Anything you would change about it?
For me personally, no… but I would have found goal setting less useful as I do it already annually, monthly, weekly.
Was there anything you’d have spent less time on / more time on?
As above but others found goal setting good so no change.
How would you describe your experience of this workshop to a friend?
A really worthwhile personal N.C.T. or wellbeing check-up. Very useful to everyone, regardless of the place that you are in your life.
