Overall Impression of the course?

Very good, prepared, clear instructions, structured but still time for “fun & laughter”. Yoga class was good too. 

Most valuable part?

The work shop exercises & meditation, restorative yoga. 

Did you have any particularly helpful insights into yourself?

To be more aware and kind to myself, to “slow down”, everything doesn’t have to be “perfect”. I am good as I am. 

How would you describe your experience of this workshop to a friend?

Restorative, find peace, get to know yourself better, self awareness, mindfulness, fun. Go on your own.
