My general hatha classes can be slow and gentle but also quite strong and deep. All levels are welcome, however, some prior yoga experience is preferable. If you are a beginner or suffering from injuries, please take it easy and only do what you feel confident you are able to do. My gentle yoga classes are more suitable for basic body maintenance, mobility, relaxation and self-care.
Yoga Meon is not a single location yoga studio, so in normal circumstances, classes are organised in various different studios or premises, mainly in County Sligo. Therefore, due to circumstances beyond our control, classes may from time to time be subject to changes to schedule or location. Thankfully this does not happen very often.
