In this time of busyness and dark nights, a lot of people are feeling stressed and tired. So why not join me on this workshop to life the spirits and rekindle your inner flame.
During this workshop, we will ease ourselves into a place of heart-full connection with meditation and breath work; guide our bodies through a slow flowing, nourishing yoga sequence to melt stress and release energy blocks; then gently deepen and intensify the practice with sun salutations to build heat and stoke the inner fire. Finishing with a deeply nourishing relaxation, leaving you feeling all warm and fuzzy inside.
