Sunday Monthly Meditation

I invite you to join this meditation class which takes place on the third Sunday of every month at 8pm in Queen Medbs aka the Sligo Golf Academy in Ransboro .

Practicing meditation has both mental and physical benefits. Some of the benefits include: It helps to reduce stress and anxiety , to increase awareness, improves brain functioning, promotes better sleep, increases seratonin and impoves mood, cultivates compassion, increases energy levels.

Meditation is both a stand alone practice and an integral part of the system of yoga.
