Gentle Yoga

Join me for a day of meditation, breathing, discussion, self enquiry & restorative yoga. Explore simple, yet life enahncing self-care methods in a supportive environment. We will discuss specific questions/techniques to gain insight to ourselves and our lives. The second part of the day will be a deeply relaxing restorative yoga workshop leaving you feeling relaxed, grounded and ready to return to your daily life.

This workshop will comprise of two parts

Part 1 will include

Introductions and self care assessment

Who you are, why you’re here, what you would like to achieve by being her? This is just for you, you can share what you are comfortable sharing. This section will help you identify where your everyday stress/anxiety comes from.

Exercises, meditation, breathing techniques and gentle stretching

You will learn different techniques that are widely used to control and alleviate everyday stress/anxiety.


This will let you evaluate what techniques you found worked best for you and why.

For this part you will need a journal or notepad

Part 2 will include

A detailed and specific restorative yoga workshop

Simple yoga techniques to help relieve everyday stress/anxiety

For this part you will need 2 blankets and 2 pillows for your comfort

Each part can be taken separately but works best as a whole day experience.


Part 1 (1.30pm to 3.34pm) – €25

Part 2 (4.00pm to 6.00pm) – €20

Full Day – €45 (including tea/coffee and sandwich/scone)
