Saturday 18th July – A Day of Yoga, Meditation & Self Enquiry 2015

Join me for a day of yoga, meditation, discussion & self enquiry. Explore your body, your mind & your life in a supportive environment. We will move, stretch, flow, sit, relax, chat, discuss, discover, intuit, restore and breathe.
The day will start with introductions, meditation, breathing techniques and a flowing yoga sequence. Then we will break for lunch. After lunch there will be some meditation to bring you back to your centre. Then we will discuss self enquiry questions/techniques to gain insight to ourselves and our lives. The day will finish with some restorative yoga.

After meet and greet, we will take some time, through guided meditation to become present and centered, then tend to the breath. The breath is a very powerful tool to alleviate stress and tension within the body and mind. From here we will move into the morning yoga asana practice which will be approx 1 hour long. This will be a flowing practice to gently open up the body with emphasis on moving with the breath. We will be a break for lunch at around 12pm. You can bring a packed lunch and if the weather is nice, we could eat outside or if you prefer you could lunch at Shells.
In the afternoon there will be a period of guided meditation and self enquiry. We will discuss specific questions/techniques to gain insight to ourselves and our lives. We will end the day with restorative yoga to leave you feeling relaxed, grounded and ready to return to your daily life.
