Quite a few of you have requested to bring your husband or partner along to the Yoga for Pregnancy class so we are going to give it a try this evening Tuesday 3rd July.
The purpose of this class is to give your “other half” an introduction to breathing techniques and yoga positions that may be helpful in preparation for and during childbirth so that he/she can be of greater support and encouragement to you.
The class will start a little earlier than the scheduled time to make time for introductions. If you would like to bring your partner, please arrive at 6.45pm. Otherwise, if you are attending without him, you can arrive at the usual time of 7pm.
If all goes well, we will have a follow up class next week.
